Your ID card or passport, with the phone's own document scanner. It's kept locked on this phone, behind your fingerprint or PIN.

Colshare finds the document number and the machine-readable lines and proposes boxes over them. Check the copy, and draw a box over anything else.

Who it's for, what for and today's date, repeated across the whole copy, with a code anyone can check. Front and back on one A4 sheet.

COPY, KOPIE or COPIE, in your app's language, solid, top right. Hard to miss, hard to remove.
No logo, no advert
The person who gets it sees a marked copy, with nothing to click and a code to check it.
A link that opens once.
Send the safe copy, a payslip or a whole folder as one link. The first person to open it gets the papers; then the link is gone. You can delete it before it's opened.

This is the recipient's side: the first person to tap “Open the papers” sees the seal part and gets the papers; anyone after them sees it parted and “This link was opened already”. Your phone isn't told, and no one learns who opened it.

After 7 days the link is gone, opened or not; on your phone only the outline stays. The papers stay on your phone.
Ask only for what the rules allow.
Send an ask link; they add photos or PDFs in their browser and the papers land in a folder on your phone. Ready-made lists follow the official texts. Pick one.

A copy that can be checked.
Each safe copy carries a small code under its pages. Scan it and it says who the copy was made for, what for and when. Open the file at colshare.app/v and it also says whether the file was changed since.

When, to whom, what for, and a code unique to each file, kept next to your papers. It records what you gave. It does not say what happened to it afterwards.

ID cards and passports with machine-readable lines (ICAO 9303), from any country, offline. A field is marked as checked only when the document's own check digits prove it.
Check every field first. The original stays as it was.
One file, locked with a passphrase you choose. Keep it where you like; restore it on a new phone.

Your papers stay yours on every plan: if you stop paying, nothing is held back; you just can't add more. Billed and cancelled through Google Play. Prices in your currency are shown in the app.
01Does the person I send to need the app?+
No. They open the link in any browser, tap “Open the papers”, and save the papers. No account, nothing to install.
02What if I lose my phone?+
Your papers are locked behind your fingerprint or PIN, so whoever finds the phone can't open them. Save a backup file from Settings and you can restore everything on a new phone. Without a backup, the papers are gone: we never had a copy.
03Is there an iPhone app?+
Not yet; Colshare is on Android first. The free copy tool at colshare.app/copie works in any browser, including on an iPhone, and nothing you choose there is uploaded.
04Can a link be opened by someone else?+
Anyone who has the link can open it, once. Send it only to the person named on the copy. If they find it already opened, they'll know, and you can send a new one.
05Will I be told when it's opened?+
No. Colshare doesn't report openings back to you, by design: it never knows who opened a link. You'll see the link's date in the “Given” tab until it's gone, and you have a receipt of what you sent.
06What if they want the whole document?+
Banks and notaries may be required by law to see the whole document. If they refuse this copy, make one with nothing hidden: it is still marked as a copy.
07How is this different from a watermark app?+
The copy is marked for one person and one purpose, the numbers you hide are burned into the picture, it carries a signed code anyone can check, and it goes by a link that opens once. Your papers stay locked on your phone.
08Which languages?+
English, Romanian, German and French. Also Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese and Ukrainian, not yet reviewed by a native speaker. The app follows your phone's language, and you can change it in Settings.
09Who makes Colshare?+
DTCONCIERGE S.R.L., a company in Sibiu, Romania. It also makes topograpp, the program for Romanian authorised surveyors.
